Poor services from Fair Price protea South opposite protea gardens mall

i have had Poor services from fair price that's opposite Protea gardens mall , i bought furniture there Cash on the 8th of march 2018 and their policy for delivery is 7 days or 7 working days but till today i haven't received some of the furniture that i paid for , now i'm being told that the order doesn't reflect and now i have to go to the shop and actually sort it out. its an inconvenience for me....
