Most unprofessional service ever received.

I made a orde for a headboard and wardrobe on 17 Feb 2023. One of the items was out of stock and indicted that it would be available in 21 days. Tried making calls but never got through to a consultant 😞 for weeks and weeks. Sent a complaint on their website, they just said they will look into it. I then finally got through to call centre on 11 April 2023. The consultant then tell me that nothing has be actioned.

If a company has issues or challenges, they would value your relationship and communicate. Never thought people would run a big shop like some ***** establishment
