Poor service to a pensioner who is 76 years old.

im assisting my grand mother who is 76 years old , she bought a washing machine on 07/05/2021 , it was delivered on 13/05/2021 around 19:00 and it was loadshedding on that day hence i was not tested/ used the same day it arrived . on the 14/05/2021 she tried to use the machine and it was not working. she went back to the shop to report the matter and they said they will a technician to have a look at the machine. The technician took two weeks to get here and have a look at the machine , when he finally made it , she confirmed that the machine had a problem and he will contact the shop to send a new one .

My grandmother had to go back to the shop after two weeks again since the machine was not delivered yet, the assured her that it will be delivered soon . She waited another two weeks for the machine to be delivered and thats when she decided to hire transport to take the machine back to the shop and requested a refund since the service was not good. we went to the shop today and we are still getting the run around

My gran is a pensioner and she really needs her money back to buy herself a washing machine at another shop since she doesnt want one from your shop anymore
