Poor service provided by Fair price furniture

I made online purchase on the 21March 2023, was advised product is out of stock and must wait for 14days. Product has never been delivered till today, they ignored my enquiry emails, tried calling them, they are just promising me that they'll call me back, currently ignoring my calls, I've never had such poor service in my last few. I regret making a purchase with them, I wonder if I'll ever get refund as they're quiet and not communicating anything with me.
