Poor service protea glen fairprice

I bought a bed and chest of drawers on the 27th at their protea glen store. That promised delivery on the 30th they never delivered. On the 1st I called to find out as I had to be home for the delivery they store promised to call me and never did, I called again they told me the truck is coming to deliver I waited no delivery. Today the 2nd I called they said they will check, no feedback instead I'm busy calling and they are literally dropping my calls. I tried emailing their head office and mail bounced back.
