Poor service me still have not received what I brought

I brought a three quarter bed 7-438 and it was out of stock on the 20th of April 2023. They said the warehouse will deliver it . I phoned the store in Odendaalsrus 3times already and I was their and still have not have an answer when I will receive it . This is unexceptable . Poor service . I tried to phone head office no answer. I paid cash for it.
