Poor service, lack of communication

I bought a 43" flat screen Itel TV last year September 2022. I started experiencing challenges with the TV as it started freezing when switched on and later started showing ink all over the screen...I returned the TV to the store(Fair Price) to be checked as it still has quarantee. Its been almost two months now because I returned It in the middle of August 2023. The store does not inform about the progress on my TV and everytime I call them they always tell me excusses. I am tired of their excusses and want my TV back or they should give me a new one. Can you please intervene and resolve this matter as i no longer have strength to go back and forth about what I am entitled to. Ur assistance will be highly appreciated.
