Poor service Fairprice Soshanguve Thorntree

I have received a bad service from Fairprice Soshanguve Thorntree from a Manager named Maphefo. I bought a wardrobe which was delivered on time within 7 days as promised, then 7 days after the wardrobe was delivered there was no one to assemble the wardrobe. I called the store to enquire about who is going to assemble my wardrobe. The manager told at that there is no one who can come to assemble the wardrobe for me as am not on the list for that day. I rep**** her "since there is no one to assemble the wardrobe for as u promised me when I bought it, itz come and collect yo wardrobe and refund me my money. She doesn't want to refund me, or assemble the wardrobe or send a driver to collect the wardrobe. She is giving me the ran arounds that she does not have enough drivers to collect the wardrobe. How is that my problem and she can't refund me without the wardrobe back to storage.Am so frastrated now.
