Poor Service Fair Price Southgate Value Mart

Poor customer service from sales person Themba Sigiwili and rude cashiers.

I would never recommend anyone to use Fair Price Southgate.

I have lay bye my fridge and paid in full two months. When I had to arrange for delivery I was asked to allow 7 days for stock as it was sold out. I waited and no one contacted me back to advise me that they still have not received stock at warehouse.

I bought food that spoiled due to the heat and no one would compensate me for the money I've lost. Today Saturday I arranged to be refunded and the cashier gave me an attitude for my money and made me to sit without telling me why.
