Poor service fair price Eastrand value mall

I went to the branch in eastrand value mall to cancel my laybye and they told me about a stupid policy they have about notifying them that you will be canceling your laybye in the next 7-14 days. How's that a thing? The manager was so rude. The lady that served me was so cold. Poor poor service. I'm so shocked how do you refuse to give me my money back? I have my receipt and card. Poor service will not be shopping with you guys ever again!
