Poor Service Fair Price Albertina Sisulu Johannesburg

I bought a TV stand on the 31st October at Albertina Sisulu JHB and I was advised its not available at the shop however at the warehouse, I paid for it left my number as I was advised i will be called on the 1st to come pick it up, it might happen they forgot since i never received a call on the 1st however its now Day 5 without any call, I went on their Facebook page and commented on a post 02/11/2024 asking them to notify the store that i will only be around on the 9/11/2024 as i was going back to work, i commented again 03/11/2024 on the comment i posted on their fb page, they only responded 22hrs ago before i wrote this review, they give me the same number that ring only once when been called, no one is saying anything they still silent and they have my number, i am really not happy with this service very poor and I regret buying from fairprice
