POOR SERVICE FAIR PRICE

Poor delivery service at fair price (HARRISON- the one close to FNB bank city) .. We ordered beds yes , beds more than one for my nephew and his friends on Sartuday 02/02/2019 and asked Preety Zuma will they be able to deliver today before 10:00 AM as they dont have beds to sleep in and the response was yes ..... It's 16:28 now and still no cummunication nothing from the shop.

Worse we went back to the shop between 12:00 and 13:00 to follow up on the delivery and they said they are on their way.

Now its 16:28 and still no beds ... *** do they expect the kids to sleep on the floor.

Poor customer service , this is the worst of it;s kind , if we had not followed up and were told it;s on their way that would have been something else. I really discouraged with their service
