Poor service fair price

I bought a washing machine at fair price Bara in Soweto, poor service the I stay at second floor and the delivery guys came at 7:30 pm, they refused to take the machine in second floor??? Just two steps nje. Poor poor service. They don't know what customer service is sis man. I want a refund
