Poor service, Empty Promises, not Honest

Fairprice online store, I've ordered a couche on the 1 March 2023, until today, no delivery. Their constultant on the phone are not honest. I call them everyday but when they realised it's me, they're dropping the call me. Empty promises saying they will deliver, till today the couches has not been delivered. Even trying to cancel the order is impossible as they drop the phone.
