Poor service

Good day I am writing this mail with a heavy heart I was at FAIR PRICE clayvile, I was there before 15:00 had to wait for hours to be served. I was supposed to settle my lay-buy and get the things that I have bought but that was not how it turned out. I was told that the guy who will assemble my wardrobe is not available and he won't be available even on Sunday and i was not told that "the guys" who works to assemble the wardrobe doesn't work on a sunday. I have mentioned that during the week I am not available I am only available during weekends but that was not taken into consideration. I then had to cancel the la-buy because of the (POOR SERVICE, BAD ATTITUDE, BODY LANGUAGE AND THE DISRESPECT)from the person that you have hired as a manager (Ayanda) I am even asking myself that what is he managing if he is failing to resolve a mear problem. A sales person went to him and let him know of what was happening but he did not boarther to come where I was, instead he was asking the lady questions that she could not answer, only I had answers but he couldn't come to me. I had to call him from afar that's when he came.. The most unpleasant part of this whole thing is that (Ayanda) never cared or show some sympathy. He gave me attitude and the language that he was using showed nothing but disrespect, words like "haiboo" ,"manje" and that didn't sit well with me. I felt disrespected as a customer. I told him that since the person who is supposed to assemble the wardrobe is not available I need my R50 back, I was then told that they don't have money they have dropped it already, I said to them they need to set the safe and I didn't mind to wait for it because i know a safe has a time delay.and take out my R50 because I am canceling the lay-buy since they can't help, he said no there's nothing he can do I had to come the following day. Meaning that now I have to drop every plan that I had on Sunday to go back and collect my R50? From where I stay to the shop I used petrol to go there now who will pay for the petrol the following day when I go to fetch my R50 ? I never got an answer. Instead of giving me answers he gave me attitude and just walked away and left me hanging there as if I am a mad person. FAIR PRICE is this how you treat your customers? or maybe is because your shop is located at a township that's why you take advantage on how you treat your customers? I am very disappointed of the service I have received today. The issue here is not about R50 No it's about the bad attitude I have received from your manager (Ayanda) Something must be done here or else I am taking this matter up.. FAIR PRICE you need to get to the bottom of this and I need updates on it. And onther thing you need to make sure that you train/teach your staff on TCF ( Treating Customer Fairly) principles it is vital for staff members to be fami**** with those principles especially if you are in retail where you are dealing with customers face2face. Ayanda you are painting FAIR PRICE with a very bad paint and I am 100% sure that, that is not what you need as a business (FAIR PRICE) He could not even apologize for the inconvenience caused... I am really not happy of this type of service honestly
