Poor Service Delivery from Fair Price Online

On February 26, 2024, I purchased a Coffee Table at a Fair price online. Because i was at work, the order was delivered to my mothers address instead of mine. When i arrived to pick up the box and opened it, the glass was broken from inside , and the color was incorrect. I order black and they delivered white, on delivery they did not even open the box to see if everything was still fine from inside because the table was glass. I filed the complaint online but had no luck and when i called the Sam Ntuli branch for assistance, they told me that they cant help since i bought online.

I am now stuck with the color i am not even interested to and even worse with crags. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY ONLINE FROM FAIR PRICE, I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE!!
