Poor service delivery and hygiene alert.

I bought a chest of drawer for R1600 at fair price in bara, i regret my decision by at that store, after 2 days being delivered, my partner complained that it had ****roaches and got damaged, which disgusting because our health was prioritiesed even our quality satisfaction. I puked after seeing those ****roaches. The quality of the wood used it is a failure to customers as this store is given good presentation but I am angry, disappointed and dissatisfied. Action must be taken ASAP against this retail store. I wanted my money to be compansated at least 50% after all that experience. Lastly i won't recommend this store to anyone.
