Poor Service Delivery

<p>If I look at all the complains here on Helopeter, and I see that this company does not respond, I see why, because Service Delivery is defnitely not what they give. I have bought a cupboard from them on Thursday. I was promised that the cupboard will be delivered on Saturday. Saturday, came and went, and no cupboard, I went there on Monday Morning, and demanded to know why it was not delivered. Some excuse of a manager, promised me that the cupboard will defnitely be delivered today, at 17H00. Well it is now 19H00 no cupboard, and that after I was phone at half past 4 to confirm that the cupboard will be delivered at 17H00. If that is how you treat customers, this will be the last time, I ever put my feet in one of your shops. </p>
