Poor service delivery

I purchased an item at fair price on the 26 February 2024. The invoice number is 628829 Morocco 2 Draw pedestal , item cb190027- 2f0d-41E0-A5EF-394b15c4f4d4 (white). I have sent emails to their online email and no feedback. I have also called *** which rings but no answers and *** which redirects .I tracked my order it still says 7-21 Working day, no movement from the 26 to now.

I am flabbergasted with this service and I will not be buying at fair price ever.
