Poor service delivery

Bad service ever it's my second time I experience this kind of ****ty service and I'm fed up with this service this cashier lady Zinhle has no manners and she is very rude I need my money for refund and she doesn't wanna give it to me and people are busy coming and paying with cash in front of my face this girl I want her fired she's very rude and no respect. I want nothing to do with fair price if it's late deliveries it's refunds jeses.
