Poor Service

I bought a couch at this store helped by Lebo Tadi and I was told I would get it by SATURDAY. I have been calling them for the past 3 days and they do not take my calls instead my phone seems blocked now. I visited the store today for a refund and they telling me I cannot get my money back till the couch is at the warehouse. I bought the couch and it was not in store but they accepted my money. Now I want my money back and they telling otherwise. Ishmael was on the computer and did not even try help me out with the whole process. I set for 2 hours and I haven't got my money back
