Poor service at Fair Price Paul Kruger and Veremulean.

I made 2 payments for a bedroom suite on 20 May and 22 May. The shop attendant told me they would deliver my purchase on Wednesday or Thursday. Today is Monday 29 May there has been no communication about the delivery.

I sent a message on Instagram and was not associated because I was given an online service email, there was no response. This is for the Paul Kruger branch. Fair price. I searched their number on Google and the number offered after their address does not exist, mind you I have been cancelling my afternoons the whole week so as to expect the delivery, which is why I made a follow up. When I found that the number did not exist i called the Veremulean Branch to see if they could give me some assistance. The man who answered the call at around 14:12 pm refused to give me his name for reference, I asked if I could speak to the highest office at that branch given my unusual request and he refused to hand me over to anyone. My request was a contact where I can reach their sister branch to track my delivery. He was rude to me and dropped the phone and even switched it off. After sometime I called again and requested to speak to him of which he was still being arrogant and refusing with his name which I learnt is Emmanuel. After I threatened to show up at the store. The Paul Kruger branch then called me to tell me they were informed of my complaint something which Emmanuel said was impossible.

Now what's making me more angry apart from the unacceptable customer service is that Paul Kruger branch said they do not have my bedroom suite in stalk at their warehouse and I will have to wait for them to restock. I asked for a refund and they said they can not guarantee it because they often do not have cash in their coffers. This information was not submitted to me on the 22nd or else I would have considered other options. So here I am unable to get my purchase and also unable to get my refund. Fair price is a ****, please help me get my money back.
