Poor service at Fair Price Furnitures Carletonvill

I bought a fridge and chest box from Fair Price furnitures. Before paying for the goods I was told they were in store and available by a lady called Itumeleng. Suddenly another sales lady mentions that the fridge is hers...it makes no sense as to why an employee of the store would claim ownership of goods that are meant to be sold. Nonetheless I payed for my goods and was assured that I would receive them on Tuesday 2015-08-25. I called on Tuesday, Itumeleng told me their delivery truck was on it's way to their store so she would call me back as soon as it was ready to deliver but she never called. This morning 2015-08-26 I called her of which she said their delivery truck is near their store...she will get back to me. A Salesman called to confirm that the goods had arrived. He asked when I'd like to receive them. I said as soon as possible and he said ok. 2Hours later I called with the intention to ask how far the delivery was...Itumeleng was told that she has a call...a few minutes later she never picked up and I was left hanging. I called back immediately after hanging up and the lady that picked up told me Itumeleng won't come to the phone. She will ask her to call me back.
