POOR SERVICE AT FAIR PRICE FURNITURE

I bought a sleeper couch at FAIR PRICE in Thorntree in September 2020 (for R2700). It was delivered on the last week of the month. 2 weeks later it was broken (the leg on the right hand side). I took pictures and went to the store. They came and collected it and later that day they bought another one, the very same week (they brought it on Tuesday and Saturday, the same thing happened). I went there again as they said it has 6 month guarantee. The lady called Mmaphefo called me and said they are still waiting for the stock. Until today 3rd December they are not saying anything. They just want their 6 months to go by so they can tell me THE GUARANTEE IS OVER. I put bricks underneath, now I have to find someone to fix it because it has been too long.
