Poor service at Fair Price Bara zone6

I went to do laybye at Fair Price Bara zone6 in Diepkloof on the 29July 2024.I used my nedbank card to swipe.it was approved the receipt didnt come out from the speed point.i waited thinking they wil fix their ero.an hour later they told me to go to my banker i which I went n come back to fair price.my banker told m dat the money is hanging.fair price should call their banker.the branch manager refused.n told me he will send an email to head office.since then I didn't get any feedback.i tried calling fair price manager he told me same story dat he hasn't yet got feedback from head office.wat I need is my money I want nothing concerning fair price ever again.what must i do in this situation?
