Poor service and inferior quality

I placed online orders for 2 desks and subsequently while awaiting delivery of the desks , I placed an order for a chest of drawers. The quality of the desks was poor , they were unstable and couldnt stand alone without wobbling. I immediately logged a return on the 3rd of September. When the chest of drawers arrived, the drivers delivered it at 8.45 pm, which is absolutely unacceptable that I had to allow them into my home at this hour. The drawers were damaged and the doors were misaligned so I immediately logged a return for it as well on the 5th September. I am still waiting for these items to be collected from my home, and waiting for my refund. As a customer I followed through on the process for logging returns immediately took pictures and have been emailing the relevant people dealing with the refund to inform them the items have not yet been picked up. I will never purchase from this company again, absolutely poor service and no feedback given.
