Poor service and dishonesty by the employees

I am very disappointed with the service from Fair Price Bronkborstspruit. Bought items for R2600 on the 4th of September 2023 where by I asked before paying how long will it take for the items to be available. I was told that the items the have them on their warehouse I can collect within 3 days. To my suprise when I went back to collect I was told stories that they will be available on the week of the 15th of September 2023 they will call me once the items arrived. Went to the shop on the 15th I was told that they are not sure when this items might be available. Went back the week of the 25th still the items were not there I then went to an extent of requesting my refund I was where there was a lady manager of some sort dark in completion, chubby and so rude she indicated that they don't work me. Another gentlemen intervined made a promise I will receive my refund by the 28th till today I'm given excuses that the shop did not make enough money in order to refund me.
