Poor service and deliveries

I bought sofa and Tv stand last of last month at fair price cosmo city and i was advised that the Tv stand was new arrivals and they promised that i will get the stand in 2 to 3 weeks even today im waiting for a call from them . I been call but no answer . Please deliver my stand i paid for it. I purchased the staff july 20
