Poor service and damaged goods

<p>I purchased a TV Unit at Fair Price furnatures in Rustenburg on the 12.07.2017, and after the sales person confirmed stock availability, told us there is stock and we will receive delivery within 7 days, whereapon i must pay the driver cash for the delivery. On the 20.07 we phoned the store to find out about the delivery, and was told there is no stock and we must wait.<br />I am really unhappy about the service of the store. We ever overheard the sales lady, make an inappropriate racial remark when speaking to the person at the warehouse, commenting "its for the white people, you know how they are". </p> <p>Today 25.07, i actually receive the item, but its so badly damaged. Pieces of wood broken out, rail stips loose etc, and when we tried to call the delivery person, he put his phone off. Wow, its unbelievable how poor we are being treated.</p>
