Poor service and bad Manager

I bought a couch at Fair Price Southgate cash in May and later discovered that it had 6 broken legs. I went to the shop on the same day (Saturday) it was delivered to report it and they said they'll come replace the broken legs. I waited 2 weeks without them coming to replace the legs. I don't know how many times I called the shop to follow up, they told me stories. I went to the store more than 3 times since May, even today I'm still waiting for them. The last time I went there The manager by the name of Allie said he ordered the legs and they are in their storeroom but they never bothered to call me nor come to fix the couch. The legs they ordered were wrong and they wanted me to take them and I refused. Allie said he'll order new legs and Mohammed will come replace them. It's now october and and I'm still waiting, when I call they tell me stories..They don't answer their phone anymore. I must say the manager lacks customer service..he just don't care, the employees are just like him. They just want money, after that they don't care.
