Poor service and bad attitude

I bought a wardrobe and kitchen unit on 3/11/15 and promised a delivery with in 24hours,as I'm writing to you my things haven't not being delivered.When I visited the branch the sales person by the name of Monica told that my things will be delivered tomorrow as they are busy with deliveries for yesterday's purchase.When I asked for refund cause clearly they did not value me as a customer the guy by the name of fikile told me that I can't get a refund as they have given their in-store receipts to the driver and I had the receipt they give me with me,when I ask for their main branch number he give only the last 4 numbers that I could not dial when I ask him to use the store he refuse clearly some other retail they need to relook at the people they hire.
