Poor service

I purchased a wardrobe and was told by the driver that delivered that they will be sending a person to assemble the wardrobe the next day as it was brought in a flat box unassembled. It was an online purchase and on the add they clearly state assembly is included in the price charged , its been 3 days now no one has come, i have sent emails and have not heard back fro them . Poor serivce at its best .
