Poor service

Can someone please intervene and help me. I bought a wardrobe at fair price after it was delivered they sent a guy to assemble it, to find it is broken. Called them to advise so and they since said they will send the drivers to pick it.. 3weeks later now I decide I want a refund ((as I call them every day and am told the same story that the driver will come)) they telling me they can't refund the money until the wardrobe is picked up.. How long will that take as I struggled for an exchange.. All I want now is my money..
