Poor service

Good day,

I bought a bed at fair price south gate it was delivered on Tuesday I went back to complain on Wednesday telling them when I slept on the bed one of the leg broke and they said they are going to exchange it for me either Wednesday or Thursday and I'll get a call from the driver who will come to collect it. It's almost end of Thursday and still no feedback from them I don't know where I'm supposed to sleep and I don't believe in begging people to do their service delivery.
