Poor service

<p>I bought things on 27/12/16 at fairprice store and I was told I'll get them following day,which they didn't I went back to ask and kept saying the next day until today and when I called they still say tomorrow and tells me lot of stories.I'm confused I want my things today or either to cancel </p>
