poor service

I hope and trust that you assist me. We Finish paying lay bye a wardrobe Tunisia 5boxes (free assembly) 12 February 2020.They delivered our wardrobe 3 weeks late, the delivery guys refuse to assemble the wardrobe they told us their will send the person who is responsible for assembling wardrobe. he did come but he only open 1 box and he found it broken and cracked. then he said it won't be possible for him to build the wardrobe, he will inform the manager or the salesperson to lodge a complaint to the warehouse to replace it, since we waited from 7 March 2020 until know, we kept on calling them, they kept on giving us empty promises
