Poor Service

My name is Mamorena Khoza, I purchased a 3 piece bedroom suit and a double bed at Fair Price furniture shop in Southgate. This took place on Friday 18 March 2016 and was suppose to form part of my mother's birthday gift on Saturday 19 March hence I payed in cash. I did make it clear to the gentleman who was assisting us Thami Sigwili. Came Saturday the goods were not dilived and no form of communication took place place. I am so disappointed and frustrated by this act. Therefor I'm no longer interested in the goods and demands my cash back, so I can got to another furniture shop where customers are not taken for granted.
