Poor Service

I bought a sleeper couch at Fair price on Saturday 28-07-2018, it was delivered on Monday which i was happy with but the sleeper couch didn't have the knobs (legs). i call the shop at cosmo city to let them know, they said they will call me back That was on Wednesday. i have been trying to call them the whole day yesterday but no one answers and i even left a voice massage even now i haven't received a call.
