Poor service

I bought stove from Fair price on Friday. They promised me the stove will be delivered by Saturday morning. I waited the whole day on Saturday, had to keep calling the store because I had missed a funeral I was supposed to attend due to the waiting. Around three in the afternoon, i was informed the driver was in De Deur, which is about 5km from home, I waited again and cancelled my late afternoon trip. I waited until 5pm and there was no delivery and even worse the store is now closed, i cant ask how far the delivery was. On Sunday morning the rat race began, me calling the store over and over to get the status of my stove. I had to be late for church waiting for them, only around 10:45 was the stove delivered. I was really inconvenienced by the professionalism of the store.
