Poor service

I bought a wardrobe on the 24th of March 2018. I was told that it takes 7 days for the wardrobe to be delivered and another 7 days for it to be assembled. I was happy the wardrobe got delivered on the 27th and i didn't have to wait for the 7th day. It is now two weeks after the wardrobe was delivered and im still waiting for them to come assemble the wardrobe. Everyday i phone using my airtime and nothing is happening. The service is poor and it looks like they doing us a favour. Sense of urgency is not there. I spoke to Grace" The manager" and she also couldn't assist me. Whats the use of having a manager who cannot execute after hearing the frustration of the customer.
