Poor Service

I went to buy a two seater sofa and a four door wardrobe at Fair Price Albertina Sisulu in Jhb, that was on the 26th of October 2020. I paid for delivery and they promised to deliver the same day, upon payment receipt of my invoice they told me it was already late the driver will deliver on the next day. I waited and waited and nobody even bothered to call me until I made that call asking when my items would be delivered, and I was only told then that the driver would deliver on the 29th October 2020 at 8 am as they could not make it on the 28th. I was so furious cause nobody communicated with me at all. On the 29th they only pitched at around 10 am and it was two guys in a van telling me the guy who assembles wardrobe could not make it I told them there is no way I could accept it unassembled. They called the guy who assembles only after my complain and he came late at around 2. He did my wardrobe and left my couch outside, only to find out my couch had a broken side and incomplete legs. They only came to fetch the couch today and told me they will deliver it tonight. I hope they do.
