Poor service

I have placed an order with fair price online store for a cupboard on the 10/02/2024 that showed it wasn’t out of stock until my husband drove to Southgate fair price where they couldn’t assist him and was given a number to call , I foned 18 times and then only my call was answered we were only told then the cupboard is out of stock and the factory didn’t manufacture the cupboard yet ,I have not recieved my order on 22/02/2024 which I planned to have the cupboard by then ,I then further payed an extra amount just so I could get a cupboard and till date I’m told their systems are offline and they can’t release the cupboard from the warehouse they need to wait for the system to be up ,I keep calling and still no response given with regards to my cupboard I will be handing this over to the ombudsman should I not receive any response as I am waiting for a whole month now.i am very unhappy with service given by fair price online.
