Poor quality products

We bought Defy stove last year in June and after a month the oven stopped working ,After few weeks of reporting the matter they sent technician to fix it .

In December the stove completely stopped working,we reported the matter to Paledi store and even today they have not come to fix it .when we do follow up they tell us there is lot of customer complaints they are busy dealing with.

Am quitter sure they are pushing time so that the guarantee can lapse , their products are really of poor quality .
