Poor quality of Service and Furniture

I bought a Bursa Chest of Drawer at the Randfontein branch for my baby's clothes. Poor quality of furniture, the Chest of drawer is assembled with staples instead of *****, the draws are falling apart, poor quality of drawer slides, there drawers constantly fall out when being opening. I have complained several times at the branch, the manager was very arrogant and told me that there is no guarantee on furniture. I am very disappointed in the quality of service and the furniture. Fair price will never see my money again.
