Poor Quality Furniture.

Fair Price is selling inferior quality, I bought a queen size bed which comes with 15 yrs guarantee in September but the bed looks like a boat, it has a pillow top and damn the thing is making a lot of noise. I have tried to contact them and they are not available at all times. Their pics looks great but their products are pathetic. I need to know if there is something they can do to remedy this nightmare.
