Poor Quality couhes.

I bought couches a few months ago from them. Only had the couches for 6 weeks and the cushions started tearing. I informed them straight away about the quality. They asked me to sent photos which I did. They told me to wait 5 weeks cause it was sent to head office. Head office came back to me telling me is customer damage. Now you tell me how can a customer do damages in a few weeks. You buy something to last you for years not weeks. I want to advise people not to buy from them. The quality the sell is ridiculous. I'm very disgusted in the way they treat their customers. I want to know from them now what must I do with their poor quality furnishes they selling.
