Poor quality

On the May 27,2024 went to fair price in Silverton to purchase a bed it's not even 6 months the bed is make sounds I'm so disappointed and you can't not even email them and when you call their help centre you will hold on forever i am not happy with the quality of the bed how will it be in a year's time if it's already making sounds now
