Poor quality

I orded a couch from their online store and it arrived on estimated time. ..perfect…then on arrival I noticed the couch had wood dust and a minor scratch .The following day i tried installing the wheels of the couch after installing them trying to sit down all of them came out🥲..Tried calling thier customer service no one is answering..
