Poor production, poor customer service

I bought a kitchen unit 4 months ago at fair price batho plaza (soshanguve)now the kitchen shelves and doors a falling out meanwhile the person who came to install the unit tried to sell me the leg stand off the unit, I refused he left with them. Went to the store ND spoke to mavis the store assistant, thabiso the manager and tebogo the store assistant when I go there they always promise to call me back to sort out the issue but they never do
