Poor, pathetic service

Reference number: 645335 order number 6165..... i @@have been buying from fairprice before and never had any hassle getting me delivery but my last items I purchased was on the 5th of Septemberi even made sure its not pre ordered goods I keep calling them sending them emails with no luck the communication from fairprice is very poor their service is pathetic and I would never buy from them again I explained that today the 22nd of September is the last day I would have someone to receive the stock they promised that the delivery would take place but still nothing , my problem now is I want to cancel the order but I have to wait 10 working days for them to refund me whereas I made an immediate payment...please close shop if you can't see to your customers needs I paid for goods that I haven't received and don't know if I ever will
